The Nebraska Crop Improvement Association (NCIA) is governed by a ten-member Board of Directors. Seven directors are elected from the active membership, while the other three are appointed representing the Nebraska Seed Trade Association, the University of Nebraska-Lincoln Department of Agronomy and Horticulture, and the Institute of Agriculture and Natural Resources at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. The association’s officers are elected annually by the Board.
