The staff and boards of directors of the Nebraska Crop Improvement Association and the Nebraska Seed Trade Association invite all members to join us for the 2026 Nebraska Seed Improvement Conference. This annual event brings together members of both Associations for educational presentations, business meetings, and networking opportunities. The program will feature a trade show and excellent speakers addressing current issues affecting the seed industry.
Monday, January 12 – NSTA Past Presidents Reception includes a Kansas City–style BBQ dinner, a beverage reception, and a Cornhole tournament with prizes.
Tuesday, January 13 – Farm House Breakfast Buffet, the NSTA Annual Meeting, and a series of educational sessions, including:
- Seed Innovation Protection Alliance — Eloy Corona, Executive Director Utilization of Drones in Agriculture — Zane Rikli
- University of Nebraska Small Grains Variety Development and Marketing Update — Katherine Frels & Nathan Mueller
- Seed Industry Scholar Program Update — Kelsey McCullough
Additional highlights include an Awards Lunch and a Member Education session, concluding with the NCIA Annual Meeting and a prize drawing to wrap up the conference.
